Just what youd hope for
This mix was a hit, not only for our gluten free friend, but for everyone! Taste is slightly sweet, very nice. Also, good for rice cooker cake, just add a bit more sweetness, maybe cocoa.

色々なグルテンフリーのパンケーキミックスを試しましたが、このミックスが一番好きです。ふわふわに仕上がりとても美味しいです。牛乳の量を増やしてとろっと注げるくらいにミックスを作ると薄めのしっとりしたパンケーキに仕上がります。
