The tail popped but the mask was very nice. My 8year old looked very cute with her cat woman costume but we used this mask just to brake up all the black!

Interior of mask is clear plastic (like a box that baked goods are packed in at the grocery store). The ears are very securely attached, but unfortunately one ear was completely crooked and bent in a way that made this not look like a cat mask. The second time I put this on, the string and loop detached from the side. Cheap.
