I’m on the autism spectrum and slightly incontinent. Mainly bedwetting and these work for me. I always get nervous about buying stuff online to try because of the sensory issues but I’ve had good luck with these they’re comfortable to wear at night and atleast for me any accident I’ve ever had has been contained well. No leaks that’s all I can ask for

I have always preferred Tena brand over most others but this new design is fantastic. It is so much easier to put on my family member and is very comfortable and super absorbent and the stretch allows for a good fit. No more wet sheets in the mornings. They are a little more expensive but worth every penny.

This is a very good 2-4hr day time diaper. Perfect for a discreet, easy to change diaper for active people.Several steps above the U.S. drugstore brands of stretch tab diapers. These are softer and more comfortable against your skin, and the cloth back sheet is softer which helps to almost eliminate the crinkle/scratching sound they make against your clothes as you walk and bend.When purchased in case quantity, the price of these is only a few dollars above buying the drugstore brands but so much better!

These may work for women who have larger hips than waists, but they really didn't work for my partner. No matter how tightly they were adjusted, they ALWAYS ended up falling down.
