Q: what is the difference between this and the normal rapid wrinkle repair cream? which one is better?

This product is fragrance free, but there are a lot of Neutrogena wrinkle repair products, so we are unsure which you are referring to or trying to compare.

Q: What's the difference between this "pro" version and neutrogena rapid wrinkle repair retinol face moisturizer -- is pro version harsher?

Rapid wrinkle repair has 0.05% pure retinol which is (vitamin A) with no irritation. Pro+ is pretty much the same. I didn't notice any harshness and I use Pro+ and Rapid Wrinkle Repair and I like it. I think different skin will respond in different ways with different results. The best way to know is to try them and see which one works best for you! I hope that helps a little.

The best thing is to do is contact the seller and ask them when it will ship. If they don't reply, get a refund and go to a different seller.

Neutrogena does not put a seal on this cosmetic product. We have not seen it on other Neutrogena products either.
