Fits complete breakfast/lunch/dinner
This skillet is fantastic! I spray with olive oil first. Fit our complete breakfast and dinner, burgers with onions and grilled the rolls too. Heats evenly.

Fantastic non-stick pan
This pan is a bit expensive, but it's perfectly flat, heats very evenly, and is an ideal size. I prefer the low-sided griddle for easy flipping of eggs, and moving of food around the surface. Ceramic is the safest and most non-stick cooking surface. The opposite of Teflon. :( It works best with medium heat. It cleans up easily with non-scratching pads. If something does stick a little (e.g. a sauce), a bit of hot water and dish soap will always get it off. I use good quality silicone cooking utensils, as they are very heat resisitant and the most chemically stable.
