This camera is impressive for the price! Quality is great! Nightvision is pretty darn good too. Using it currently on a 2018 f350 Dually flatbed, to view my trailer hitch. It’s very good for this, it’s hardwired through the truck to an auxiliary switch and it turns on and off following the position of that switch. Super easy, cords and connections are perfect lengths. Highly recommend especially for the quality for this cheap price!

This is an excellent product for the price. It only took 30 minutes to put on. I used previous bolts to connect it to the camper and didn’t make any holes in the outside panels. The backup camera has a good enough picture and it does the Job no more guessing what’s behind the truck, just push the button and it turns on. It has a option for two cameras.

I'm using this with an extension cable to see behind my 22' boat when I trailer it. So far works great. Will be headed on a long trip with the boat in a week and I'll update if anything changes. Was super easy to install, provides nice picture quality. The kit comes with a lot of flexibility for ways to connect and I love that it includes both a backup wire or a cigarette adapter option for power right in the box (most just have a power cord and you have to buy an adapter if you want the cigarette adapter). The cords are plenty long for about any kind of car (I needed an adapter for my boat, but the cord goes out the back of my Tahoe and about 4' up onto the deck of my boat with enough slack for turning). I'm also impressed with their customer service...they offer a free window mount and a second camera kit (even free shipping), which I am taking advantage of. Have not received either yet, but have emailed back and forth a couple times to get the information they need to send me the free items and they have been very polite and responsive (though their English is not exceptional). I do wish the camera had an option to turn off the backup distance bars (some cameras have a switch or at least a wire you can cut of you don't want these), but at this price I'm not complaining. Overall a solid system for just over $30!

I have a school bus I am converting into a motorhome and I purchased this camera to install in place of my rear view mirror (since I can't use it through my walls.) I have not permanently mounted it yet, but tested it with daylight, in total darkness and tested how it responds to headlights (both low-beam and high-beam.)Full daylight provides a clear enough picture; not top of the line, but it definitely serves the purpose I got it for - to see behind me while driving.Full darkness is very grainy, so I won't be using it without reverse lights.Partial light (such as with backup/reverse lights on) produces a nice, clear, black and white image. It actually takes very little additional light, and doesn't seem to matter if the light is white, or even amber.I don't have hours of use yet, but what I have seen indicates it will be fine for the rear-view use. The components are well built, and easy to install. Took me less than five minutes to set it all up and test it using the provided cigarette lighter plug. The display screen is responsive too (actually had to back up because it was responding faster than I expected.)Some complain about the display angle being too narrow, but when mounted to the top of my bus, I get plenty of range. If someone needs more view, they can get the second camera (free, for now after purchase of this kit) and mount the cameras towards the outside edges of their rig.If you are looking for a decent rear-view camera, at a reasonable price-point... look no further.

Great deal. Installed on F250 Crew Cab Long Bed. Seller included a longer cable upon request. Also gave me another camera upon registration. I have one for the trailer hitch and one for the front bumper. I can now pull up further without hitting anything. Camera has good resolution and image in darkness. The refresh rate is just a little low, but it is for backing up, not filming a sporting event. Overall I am very satisfied and probably going to order another unit for my tractor.

Great camera system at a great price. They were able to supply an extra 23' cable. The extra cable went in my truck a perfect length to the back bumper and the long cable went in my 20 foot enclosed trailer. Now I have good view of what's behind me on the road and extra view when backing up.

Easy to install and great video quality. I like the fact that you have the choice to wire it to the reverse lights or be able to use it full-time via USB. Definitely makes hooking up the trailer easier in my old truck.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this camera kit for safety reasons when moving a pontoon about four hours away with half interstate and half rural roads. I couldn’t find a decent location to mount the camera on the back of the pontoon as the motor blocked the view no matter where I put it. I ended up mounting it temporarily with zip ties to the Bimini top frame. It provided an excellent rear view mirror view which allowed me to safely switch lanes. I zip tied the cable in various places in the pontoon and on the trailer and ran it through my vehicle. In the video attached the monitor is set in a section of my front dash but it wouldn’t stay. The dash is rounded so it couldn’t mount plus we were using it only temporarily. The front passenger held the monitor for the trip (not ideal but worked). I saw another reviewer had the monitor attached with a suction cup which I assumed came with the kit but it doesn’t. Video quality is excellent for its purpose. The kit set up is easy and takes just minutes. This is an excellent temporary solution for trailering and safety and a bonus that it is a reasonable price
