Does it do what it says? I dunno.Does it taste good? Yes.Does it dissolve easily? Again I dunno, because if it doesn't melt away in two seconds I start chewing `em. I don't eat Jolly Ranchers or jawbreakers for the that same reason. These might melt in three seconds and absorb a half second later, but who has that kind of time, amIrite?!?!?!?I am fond of this brand in general and use their Iron and b vitamin supplements as well.

Chewable and tasty yet effective

I need theanine daily and this is the only kind I can tolerate.

Slow dissolve, tastes ok, not great, not awful. Works and no side effects, sweetened with stevia stable shelf life. Solid brand that works.As for the L th. I found it to work by giving me a quicker return to sleep and Fitbit says deeper sleep. I can tell a difference.

I love that they dissolve under your tongue and you feel calmer within half an hour. I hate pills and these serve the purpose; helping gently and not having to worry about swallowing some horse pill.

Does not dissolve well under my tongue, tables are hard and didn't resolve my symptoms at all. I would not recommend this product. I use other superior source products and love them just not this one.

I place two under my tongue and they disolve quickly. I notice a calm within a half hour. I would recommend.
