Q: Did you fix the plunger issue yet?

I bought one today 6/15/19 and syringe was a bear. Had to smash plunger on concrete to get it to move and when it did move, it did not do so smoothly and squirted gel in big gobs

Q: Can this be applied outside if it is rainy ever so lightly

I would. But keep in mind pets and children. This product has worked for me inside very much but with my dogs and chickens I would be worrying that the rain would spread the poison to unsafe places.

Q: How often should i reapply this product?

This product doesn't work at all , don't throw your money out. ..instead I recommend Advion Ant Gel Insecticide .

Q: Does this work against tiny ants?

I think you are referring to Argentine ants. It really worked well attracting and killing them. I’m not sure about killing the colony because it was killing on contact. The trick is to find where the ants are entering the house and kill them before they get into the kitchen. The syringe can drip. The syringe allows you to put the gel into cracks and small spaces. I’ve ordered this several times.
