We have recently bought an Experobot model EX501/BL501.After installation we let it charge for more than 12 hours and then turned it on. It worked for about an hour before turning off without returning to the charging station.Since then our Experobot won't start, even after having charged it all night long. We press the start button, it beeps three times and after a couple of seconds beeps twice and turns off.

Suddenly, and without any obvious reason, my favourite house appliance, will now only move round in circles, I'm guessing that this would not be a problem, were I living in a really tiny lighthouse. However, I live in a pretty normal shaped house, so this is a problem. We've had issues with him (he's called Johnny5) as the water always leaks out of his tank, so we just it as a dry floor cleaner, and purchased a steam mop for our floors. I am disabled, which is the reason I purchased Johnny, and he's been a godsend...the fault he's suddenly developed, is bizarre, because I was in love with him, because his awesomeness (despite a leaky water tank) from first use as he made such a big difference to my life!!! Please advise me of what to do, I don't want to lose the little fella!

The item arrived on time and was easy to set up. Worked well for a few months but then stop. The hoover just kept turning in circles and would go anywhere - after research I see this is a very common problem with this item. I attempted to approach the manufacturers/supplies from amazon but they were not contactable. They did not reply to any requests or emails and in the end I had to put a complaint in with amazon. I sent the item back and got my money back from amazon. I would tell anyone interested in this item not to bye it, especially not from this supplier.

Experobot is excellent. I didn't think it would be as good as it is but is great for picking up everything especially dog hairs. You can just leave it to get on with it whilst you sit and relax! I even used the washer and was pleasantly surprised.

Worked really good for 3 months, was quite able to move over multiple surfaces well. Did an adequate job! However the one motor has stopped working, contacted suppliers who promised me replacement motor and fitting instructions by still waiting 3 months later and also no contact from supplier since! They do not reply to any email and there’s no phone number to contact. Overall a poor product that is expensive and totally unreliable in performance and service

once installed you can forget about as long you don't leave things around that might stuck the machine

After 2 years of usage, the item is making loud noise during operation and getting smell of ozone coming from the machine. Not a good advert for the manufacturer. No written guarantee period for this vacuum cleaner in product page.

Works well, now and again it can't find home but my family excel and blocking the sensor with shoes. Jenkins is a part of the family ;)
