I saw bad reviews and I ignored them thinking it was one offs. I ordered TWO and BOTH were defective. Neither buttons on the handle worked so I had to push the clasp in to put the handle down. It was a Christmas present for my twins. Used it for the first time and the handle came out of the socket and broke while departing. Didn’t last an hour. Imagine a 5 year old having a full blown meltdown in the middle of the airport because their handle broke and not being able to ride it. Totally disappointed I wasted my money and now they no longer have their Christmas present.

Love this scooter. It’s sturdy, cute for Toddlers, has light up wheels, easy to maneuver and the luggage part is spacious to add clothing for vacation. Lastly, the scooter part makes your toddler forget about the entire airport long process….

The handle came loose in the second trip. My 6 year old son was pulling it, and in one little step got stuck, so when he pulled a little harder, he fell back with nothing but the handle in his hands. I thought I could fix it when we got home, but some plastic retainer inside was damaged too. Othen than that, he had fun with it.

It's very small to fit clothes and overpriced but the kids love it and had fun riding around on it.

It's a great concept and look for young kids. Very spacious too. My son loved riding it at the airport. The quality and functionality could have been better. The switch that brings down/locks up the scooter part is really tight. The button to drop down/pull-up the handle bar stopped working on the day that it arrived.
