Does this camera come with the charger for the lithium ion battery, or just the battery?

We just received our camera on 9/12/15. There is an AC -> USB charge adapter included. It has an input voltage from 100-240V 50 to 60 HZ. Plug the USB cable into the AC adapter, and the other end into the camera to charge the battery. For $18 we bought a package of two additional batteries and an external charger (EZOPower SLB-10A Batteries and AC Charger Kit for Samsung EX2F, WB150F, WB250F, WB350F, WB750, WB800F, WB850F, WB1100F, WB2100, L100, L110, L200, L210)

Does this camera have a setting specific for moving objects? I'm looking to take pictures of kids without them being blurry.

Can you take rapid shots, one pic after another? or is the lag bothersome?

Three answers. 1) Just considering lag: That is if you half press the shutter button and allow the camera to auto focus, then push the button the rest of the way, the lag is very short, 0.3 to 0.5 seconds. 2) In full sunshine broad daylight, with a fast microSD card, I was only able to shoot at the rate of about one frame every 1 to 1.5 seconds or so. It seems the camera was busy writing the photo to the microSD card. 3) The camera has burst mode that shoots 6 frames in high resolution. Then it stops for a few seconds while it writes the photos to the microSD card.
