This is an excellent sheet tray! Not thin like others I've used, so it doesn't warp on me. I have another tray that's so thin that as soon as it comes up to temperature in my oven I'll hear a loud clang as the metals expand and it contorts into it's warped shape.This one is constructed of aluminum, which is an ideal material. It conducts heat well and generally will replicate the results you expect when following recipes online, while also being rust-proof. You're getting industry standard performance here.I bought the half sheet size and it's perfect for cooking for one, whether I'm leaving chicken to dry in the fridge on the included steel drying grid or lining the sheet with parchment paper and roasting veggies. It's a similar size to my cutting boards, so it also conveniently fits in my cutting board rack beneath my counter.I'm very happy with this and will likely purchase a second in the future.

Great, professional quality half-size sheet pans! Sheet pans are the workhorses of any commercial kitchen. They are used to bake or roast everything, they are used to assemble ingredients in walk-ins or dry storage rooms, they are used to store mis-en-place for every station and under all of the foods on rolling floor racks. The pan's racks don't ONLY raise foods off the surface of the pan, they can also be used as cooling racks for all kinds of baked goods. With the addition of a couple of layers of paper towels and placing the racks upside-down on top of them, you can easily drain all of your deep-fried treats without them ever getting stuck on the paper towels. Two of these pans with oven-safe racks are PERFECT for cooking one pound of bacon in the oven at a time. It's SO MUCH easier than pan frying a pound of bacon, and the results are nearly perfectly flat and very uniform-- no bacon press required! I've already ordered two and you can count on me ordering this set, two at a time, a few more times until I feel well stocked in sheet pans and over-safe racks. These are great, buy them! This is a great little baking sheet. It's quite a bit heavier than the usual, which is very important to me. I haven't tried cleaning it yet, but it's aluminum so I'm assuming it will clean pretty nicely. The rack is a perfect fit and I can't wait to bake some cookies on it. I also might use it for bacon because it would be really good for draining fat and sometimes I put bacon in the oven. If you get it just right, it's really wonderful

I really needed something like this with a rack to cook chicken on, finally got this one & love it, good quality & sturdy. Excellent for cooking chicken in oven, especially wings. Tip: if using to cook chicken, line the bottom tray under rack with nonstick tin foil to make clean up easier, although it does clean well. Wish I didn’t wait so long to buy this lol. Highly recommend.

Great product. The only thing I don't like about it is the rolled aluminum traps water when your cleaning it.

I decided to buy this product after a review of kitchen gadgets in the Wall Street Journal by a home chef. She felt it was a steal at the Amazon price for the quality of this Nordic Ware half baking sheet with rack included. I've used this several times so far and it has not stained, discolored, looks brand new, and cleans easily. Totally satisfied and I love kitchen gadgets.

These are good for multiple types of frozen foods. Pans wash up pretty well.
