This works very easy setup, easy to use and worked perfect for my homemade sausage and cooks up great and has no effect on taste.

Texture of casing feels almost imitational, rubbery, not smooth. Has holes and tears easily. When cooking the sausage casing fails and meat protrudes. Very disappointing product.

I just started making my own sausage and hot dogs as well as other things because of a blood infection that I got in July of 2024 and had to close my Business down which cut my income by 2/3rd, so I decided that I would make my own food at home. Using is casing was the very first time I have ever done something like this and the casing was so easy to use I only had 2 blow out but that was my fault, when the sausage was done smoking my son and I ate some sausage and it was like there was no casing there it was like eating bare sausage. It was easy to chew when I have eaten store bought, I always had trouble with the casing getting stuck in my teeth but not with this casing. Believe me you can't go wrong, and you will have a much better sausage, and I will use this casing in the future.

Product functions as expected

The quality is okay but they are very short.

First time using this brand. Much better casing than other brand I have been using.Not as many blowouts, hydrated faster, just better looking casing.I process about 150-200 pounds of links a year. Will order again on next batch.
