Nice quality
Giving it 4 stars only because I think the paintable cover should be loose for painting. I know it comes off but was worried I would break the tabs. That being said, the mirror works perfectly.

SCAM
Ordered 1 with BSM and heated for Mazda cx-5. Upon delivery, i paid $200 for a shop to install. The mirror fit fine and could be adjusted. The blind spot monitoring gave a dashboard error (see picture). Called Spieg, no response but left a message. Never heard back. I paid the installer another $100 to take the mirror off then requested a refund and return from Amazon. I shipped it back and recevied a 50% restockiing fee despite it being defective and their error. Yes the mirror was used but not for it being defective i would not have had to return it. It was professionally installed and removed (and used for 2 days to test functionality) then shipped back in original packaging. The cover/hood was never installed since it was black and i had the original one from the broken (which was still good and correct color) mirror.Rip off and blatant disregard for customers.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

Looks good, but BSM does not work
The mirror looks like an exact fit, but there is a tiny tab on the connector that did not match my 2019 Mazda CX-5 original part. Blinkers and mirror adjustment works, but causes a BSM malfunction error. BSM indicator will light up on the new mirror when the car turns on, but causes the system to malfunction on the side that was replaced.

Remember to paint!
I’ve had this mirror since October 2021 and it’s still working great. The only unfortunate thing is I forgot to paint it when I installed it, and it is starting to yellow. After a coat of paint it will be back to looking great!

Good product but double check compatibility. VIN "matching" did not work for me.
Good product replacement for Mazda but make sure wire connector is correct. For some reason there are variations in the connectors. I bought mine because the part was matched to the VIN but had to return it due to incompatibility. My CX-5 is a Grand Touring with heated/power/self-closing mirrors. This unit had a white connector whereas mine was gray.
