I had a different brand before, I decided to try this brand. Basically same quality, the potency is consistent, for me I usually take about 4, more than that does give me more energy, not jittery but effective. If you take them every day I will say for energy you will have to increase dosage. I am not a holistic doctor but from my research there isn't any devastating side effects from these. I consume these for detox and as a basic health supplement. The tablets are small, easy to swallow, you dont want to chew them up as they will get stuck in your teeth and that's no fun.

I feel very energetic after taking this product

I immediately can feel the difference in my energy when I take this, it a game changer. Spirulina chlorella helps to detoxify (I'm not a doctor,, but if it does that's always a good thing, right? ) it's a powerful food source. Do your research. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. This brand works as well as the other I was taking. I won't be without it. I let it run or once and could tell the difference within days. Well worth the price!

My iron level was extremely low. I started taking this spirulina product and within 3 weeks my iron level was back up to an excellent level and my energy level was thru the roof. I also lost 7lbs in one week. I don't know if that was related or not. I feel great again.

These algae tables are a great value at only $30 for 2500 tablets compared to outrageously priced products like Energy Bits that sell for $130 for only 1000 tablets.So thank you Micro Ingredients for not being a price gouger like many of these other companies are.They just need to be swallowed, and not chewed. Because they will get stuck in your teeth if you chew them, and take forever to get out.
