Good value, still tastes like decaf
These beans are a good value way of buying decaf beans which aren't always on offer in physical stores (here in the UK at least). I like buying decaf as beans as its a further opportunity to improve the taste of this kind of coffee by having the freshest grind. However it still tastes like decaf - you know what I mean if you drink decaf.

Very good coffee, if you like it..
An opinion on whether this is a nice coffee is highly subjective. However, in my opinion, it's one of the best tasting decaffeinated coffees available at a reasonable price point. I use a Delonghi Dedica espresso machine, 18g of beans and freshly grind using a Sage Dose Control Pro (grind setting 10). I drink either as an espresso or long black. It produces a decent rich and dark crema and quite full mouth feel with notes of cacao. I also drink Illy, Lavazza, Taylors, and have also tried independents, chains and supermarket own. I keep coming back to this as a regular cup and find it the most palatable. It's also incredibly good value compared to the aforementioned brands, which is a bonus.Highly recommended and definitely worth a taste if you're looking for a nice decaf to drink regularly.

Good enough for a better night's sleep.
Quick points: nice medium strength, as decaf goes it's pretty good. Slight aftertaste. Certainly worth it for a good night's sleep.Time on your hands to read more?In my crone years I'm finding coffee after midday leaves me playing Candy Crush until the wee small hours. Given our budget restrictions over the last decade or so I scrolled for more than a while, until the trees on the horizon were a blur, looking at £/kg and this lovely little package kept coming out tops for ratings in the low budget decaf beans.Having seen on the interweb that people with mollusk allergies should stick to beans, I shall encourage the reader to investigate this, be it true or not I wasn't prepared to take the risk. The beans are quite dark and very shiny, not sure why. I preceded to empty the De'Longhi grinder of it's palpitation inducing beans and added two level scoops of these beans. We usually have the grinder set to the smallest grain so left it be. The ground beans had a little more moisture to them, not sure if oily or just wet but they sat in the stove top moka pot perfectly, easy to make sure there were no tunnels for the steam to track through with a light temper. My usual and long-time favourite way to enjoy is with condensed milk and double cream, so stuck with it to make a good comparison. So try not to judge the colour as being too light! All in all I enjoyed the cuppa, it certainly had the aaaaahhhh effect, though not really a wow it's perfectly good if you're budget is on the lower end.

Average taste, good value, a solid 3/5
I very recently discovered at 30 my body can no longer tolerate 5 cups of machine coffee a day. My heart was giving me palpitations and since swapping to decaf, these have gone away. Hence my buying this product.I have and always will be an avid Starbucks fan, favourite being the espresso or house blend beans. In comparison to those, these beans are a bit weak, not as flavoursome and to be honest, you can tell you’re drinking decaf. However! Once you’ve had them in your life for a day or two, and gotten away from caffeinated coffee, you forget they’re decaf and actually, these become a very drinkable blend in a long white Americano. Smooth all the way through with a slight twang in the finish, these are slightly nutty tasting with a tiny hint of citrus right at the end.I have tried Dek by Lavazza, and would say it is superior to this and has a strong aroma, flavour and better crema. However, my coffee machine had serious issues grinding the beans in Dek, leading to very slow pouring (at times just a dribble). Eventually by playing with the grind settings I got it to flow reasonably, but not like normal.TLDR; average beans once you’ve got through a few cups, but very reasonably priced. Will try other brands for comparison but would buy again.

Decent for decaf
I rate the Amazon espresso beans highly, but these are sadly lacking flavour (which is often a problem with decaf). But for a cheap decaf whole bean, these are ok. I tend to mix them with the espresso beans to make 'half-caf' which brings some of the flavour back in.
