I bought this silicone mat for making macarons because I always end up with different sizes of macarons. This is a great product! Not only I get uniform sizes of macarons, they also easily seperate from the mat. The mat itself is durable and can be used multiple times. It is easy to clean and store as it can be rolled up without deforming the mat. Good value for its quality and use.

PROs: - It's thick and durable! Using it more than a year now and it tolerated even pizza cuts straight on it! (note it's not recommended) - In comparison with cooking paper, nothing gets through it! If you place it well, your pans and trays will stay clean! - Well designed in terms of size. For most oven pans fits well creating some border, this way ensuring juices/grease stays on it and does not slip into the pan. - Saves you some money on cooking paper, especially if you use it often. CONS: - Cleaning: The main and probably the only caveat for me is cleaning it! If you're baking or doing non-greasy stuff, it's actually great, hardly keeps something. BUT if you cook greasy stuff, for example meats - you will need to wash it after. So with cooking paper you just throw it away. While with these mats - washing is not easy as washing a pan, because of their flexibility. You can wash it well and relatively easy just if you have your sink always empty and you put it in the bottom of the sink so it stays flat. Otherwise it's a little nightmare :) Overall it's a great product guys, with mostly advantages, but if you don't like washing stuff - you'll see what I mean :) Happy cooking and hope it helps!

I have used them primarily for biscuits, shortbread, and piped patisserie, but they have also proved useful as a tray liner when open-freezing fruits and vegetables, and their flexibility enables easy transfer of these into a bag when frozen. Easily a quality match for the much more expensive branded equivalents.

Better choice than baking paper. Easy to clean. That said, it is a little sticky. If using frequently it will need to get changed after a while (months) . When used higher than 200 degrees to often, the sheet turns dark brown.

While the product is good and as intended, it was shown as frequently bought together with a ninja foodie 10 in 1 air fryer oven. The mats are too big to fit into the oven tray provided as part of product is left out of the tray As the user guide states the product can get hot while in use and to let cool, its no ideal with that product Fortunately I have use for it on another oven
