My cat likes the flavour and no side effects
I like this product. My cat likes the flavour. I believe it to be beneficial. No nausea or diarhea.

Good stuff
My 15 year old cat has a slowly deteriorating kidney. Started giving this and on the next annual visit my vet said he’s like Benjamin Button - his results showed his kidneys were no worse off than the year prior. He doesn’t seem to mind it in his food either.

Caused severe vomiting in two cats, including one with CKD
My cat with CKD spent the entire day vomiting after taking this supplement. Later in the day, my second cat ate a small amount from her bowl and also began vomiting. There is no warning on this product about nausea risk, yet after investigating the ingredients closely, I found two known compounds that can trigger severe nausea and digestive distress in cats. A CKD cat is already in a fragile state. The last thing they need is something that worsens nausea, blocks appetite, or pushes their body into more stress. This product did exactly that in our home. Both of my cats suffered for hours. No eating. Repeated vomiting. Dehydration risk. Fear, stress, and a full day of trying to stabilize them again. I bought this hoping to support kidney health, not trigger an acute gut crisis in two cats. If your cat has a sensitive stomach, kidney disease, or low nausea tolerance, proceed with extreme caution.

Great product
Sharley was diagnosed with ckd severals years ago. She had become lethargic and wasn't eating as much. Started her on Kidney Support Gold and after couple days her appetite started to return. Now her appetite is so good. Not drinking as much water as before but still hydrated and going to bathroom regularly. Her fur is soft and shiny and she is grooming herself again. Would highly recommend. First l took her to vet who charged me $500 and gave her pain meds that just made her condition worsen.
