This works really well. Figure out what your body needs to be fully hydrated without being over hydrated.

This product works well except for years and years they sold it in a tube with 30 test strips. Now these are no longer available and the make you purchase the 30 test strips all individually wrapped and the only reason I can see is that they wanted to raise the price. Its unnecessary and wasteful and the price is almost 3 times what it has always been. A bad marketing move to force customers to purchase unnecessary extras.

I have't used them yet but I am sure they will be helpful.

These have a 2027 expiration date and were in a sealed box. The first test strip I tried the tip was white when opened and turned dark indicating overhydration. The next time I wanted to test I went through eight packets because all of them were already dark green when first opened so were useless. When I finally had one that was white it also turned dark indicating overhydration. However - this test was done after purposefully not drinking water or fluids in any form for 12 hours and urinating twice during that time which I doubt would leave me overhydrated. My tested urine was also dark as expected but the test still indicated overhydration. The next three strips were again already dark when opened so were useless. I doubt the accuracy and reliability of these strips and think these were a waste of money and time.

The test strip does not exactly mach the colors in the color chart. Thus, it is confusing and accuracy is questionable. This product is not an exact science nor sufficient to be of use. There could be others more exact that are laboratory quality. Buyer be ware.
