Q: Does this come with thermal paste?

All Retail Boxed Ryzens come with the processor and a Heating with Fan attached. The hearing has Thermal Paste applied and is ready to mount to the motherboard when your processor has already been installed.

Q: My ryzen 5 2600x cpu is reaching 1.5 of voltage without overclocking or changing any setting & the temp didn’t go over 81c under load. is this normal?

i overclock and i am water cooled so my results may differ from yours but my volts dont go over 650 and temps never go over 50 c

Q: Is there any difference between cards made in china or malaysia? mine says malaysia and i've heard that they don't oc as well.

Mine also from Malaysia and I haven't had an issue OCing. I havent pushed hard bc I don't need it atm. Getting to CMOS with th3 gigabyte mobos is easy ans OCing was littlerly 2 clixks of my (+) button. Have no experience with the chinese version of this CPU.
