数ある中でもコレが最強です。値段はお手頃、効果は抜群、私はバレーボール用にミドルカットのシューズの中敷きの下に噛ませて使用してます。たまに着地で足首捻ることもありますが、コレしてればそうそう大事になることもありません。

大変具合がよい
以前はミューラージャパンが輸入していて、リピートしようとしたら今は取り扱いがなく、他社のがちがちのアンクルブレースを使っていましたが、どうにも具合が悪い。左右だけじゃなくて前後にも動かない。足が攣りそうになる。足首の内反を防止したいだけなのに大げさ…。海外ではこれがまだ売られているんですね。見つけられてよかった。大変具合がいいです。サイズは大きめなので足の小さい人には無理かも。私（普段履きは25cm）もかなりぶかぶか感あります。参考までに、アシックスの25cmとメレルのUS MEN's 7には使えます。これくらいのサイズがぎりぎり小さい方かと。

絶対捻挫しない
タイトル通りプラスチックで両サイドを固定しているので、捻挫するはずがない。ジャンプ競技の方には少し、履き慣れるのに時間がかかるかも。
