Junk. Doesn’t work. Getting the striker wet with lighter fluid ruins it.Don’t buy.

Works great and very durable

Not happy. Received this item and I think the package may have been lost on the way. It was not even in the container it was to come in just in the Amazon envelope. No details or instructions which I figured was not needed, but it only sparks and does not light which is why I ordered it.

It’s not a terrible lighter. I think the reviews that say it doesn’t work are from people who didn’t read the listing - it clearly states you need to add fuel. It will not light unless you have some fuel added. It still takes 2-3 strikes but it does light just fine. The wand part is too short to light a jarred candle but it could light a tapered candle and this lighter is fine to use in a pinch. Easy to clip on to a backpack for a just in case situation.The 4 stars is the design could use reworking. This is best for lefties but can be used for righties as well. The caribeaner clips clip opposite each other where you hold it with the opposite hand while striking. The lever part them digs in a bit while holding it sturdy. These should be reversed. Not a huge problem but could be better. It also just is awkward to hold anyway, so a redesign would be an improvement. Otherwise this works as intended and does what it says. This little keychain lighter is surprisingly sturdy for its size. The build quality feels solid, and it's definitely lightweight enough to carry on your keys without noticing it. Once lit, the flame is decent, but I wouldn't rely on it for anything major. Good as an emergency backup fire starter

Garbage!Don't waste your money on it!

Keychain part of this lighter feels solid. Nice construction and solid feel.Packaging is fairly cheap.Lighter claims to use kerosene of gasoline and requires pouring it into the small cylinder that stores the match.Flint works well and sparks perfectly fine. The match lights well and holds a flame although there doesn't seem to be a way to replace the wick.I don't think it is wise to use gasoline here however. Gasoline will generate odorous vapors and generally doesn't come in a container that will allow one to safely pour it into a lighter such as this.
