Was a direct replacement for our Glastron 195sx shifter. Instructions were great and works great!

Good operation with the boat modification
Good product and it was almost a perfect replacement for my 1997 four Winns rx 18 footer. Had to do some modifications to the screws and cut some wood dividers behind the controls mount area but with some effort got it in and operation is smooth and looks good.

The product shipped wasnt what was pictured at all. It also only came with half the parts no trim pieces and a roach in the box
