Awesome read
Sara Knight is a true comedian. I'm sure she might not identify as one, but I literally erupted in laughter countless of times as I read this text. Although, she is not a doctor; she gives realistic advice pertaining to the minor things we stress out about and even the major things. I'd rather take my advice from someone who has experienced anxiety because I feel we can relate to each other.

Hilarious
I haven’t finished the book yet but I think it’s great. She’s funny and down to earth and makes dealing with anxiety a little easier. If you have a sense of humor I recommend this. If you like the ingrown toenail in a cheap red hat, maybe don’t get it because it might hurt your feelings :)

Humorous and helpful!
Whether a problem is big or small, whether or not it has a solution, worrying is not going to fix anything. While this book might not tell you anything you don't know, it delivers the message with humor and kindness (and, yes, snark as well) that might make it stick this time. I also appreciated that it acknowledges not all worry is created equally, we each react to the world around us in some ways that are unique to ourselves, and perhaps most importantly that some kinds of anxiety are best treated medically (and that's okay!).
