Is there going to be copies that will not specify "part 1" but that this is the only part?

No. The name of this game is The Last of Us Part 1. Believe it or not this game has a sequel called The Last of Us Part 2, indicating that this one is not "the only part". If you want to buy a game that just says "The Last of Us", you will need to buy the original Playstation 3 game. Or you can buy this one and use a Sharpie to cover up the words you don't like.

I have the ps4 version. can i play the ps5 version with the ps4 disc and paying a fee or i have to buy the ps5 disc?

No. You have to buy the PS5 version (disc) to play this version on the PS5.
