It’s cute but it came chipped.

The cup is beautiful, pastel pink to light pink. The hearts are pretty and the outside of the cup feels so soft. When my sister opened her present she commented on the color, the look and soft touch of the cup. She was very happy with a new cup for coffee 😊.

Whilst this mug is pretty enough, the bottom is so smooth that it keeps sliding off of surfaces. I cannot use it because it is a safety hazard, especially with hot liquids. I have had it slid off the table on me a few times, so I no longer use it.

Cracked. Very fine crack in the glaze all the way to the bottom on the inside. I didn't see it until I used the cup and coffee soaked into the Crack. Arrived that way was not shipping damage. Now I have to take this to ups. Buy something else.

This mug is beautiful! I ordered it because it claims to be 18 ounces but it is smaller than I expected. I haven't tried it yet but I was a little disappointed to realize that it is NOT microwavable. The feel of the cups is very velvety. I'm going to keep it.
