Okay, this is a good product so far. I mainly got this to help with an infection that I had on my head. It seemed to help with that very well so far. It's also helped with lowering my blood pressure as well. I do have to warn you customers regarding the smell, which is tough to take in. At least for me it was. I would advise you to only put this in a smoothie only and not a juice or regular water. Honestly depends on you. I made a gel with it which came out tasting a lot better. Again, if the smell does not bother you, then there's not an issue, but if so put this in a smoothie only or make a gel like paste. Overall, the product is good and I will buy again.

I dont know if it works you only take a half of teaspoon a day in a drink but its like trying to stir up dirt in your drink its hard to mix in and the worst pastt it take like fish YUCK

I dislike the smell of this product it smells like fish guts disgusting smell I can’t take this sorry, I guess that’s 30$ gone to Wast.
