Love it.
I love this thing. No issues and easy clean up. It makes injecting a turkey or brisket easy as can be.

Good product
It is easy to clean, at all 5 stars. the needles are good but it lacks a little more robustness and a little longer, due to the pig legs. the syringe is good.

Simply the best
I have owned this injector for31/2 years. It looks, feels and acts like new. It seems like Cave Tools has set a very high standard for quality. To say I recommend this product would be an understatement. Oh, and their customer service is great. Here in Miami, we BBQ year-round so that is a testament to its durability.

all in all good for home use.
Worked well. It is a little rough cleaning the injector needles is a little hard to clean without a small brush to insert inside. And the plastic sleeve on the inside cracked on me. Pretty sure it was rough handling and not the product itself. Contacted the seller and after verifying which piece failed with them, they issued a replacement at no cost.

Well Made, Well Thought our...well done, cave tools
7/5/2024 — I have completely changed my mind about this product. I use it 4 to 6 times per year and I now realize they break about every 2 years. there is absolutely no economy or value. this year there was a complete failure where the glass meets the stainless. you want to talk mess, at the very point where I applied pressure the mixture covered the backsplash (I was lucky enough to have the glass pointing that way and not towards me). I limped along making sure the glass was counted down and using a large dish towel as backstop. Just super dissatisfied. I realize the clear section may have some value but honestly I would prefer a solid syringe that worked longer! do not buy - unless it’s a gift for a very unpopular relative.7/30/2022 — total system failure. I am not at all sure what happened. I even replaced my gaskets and still cannot create a siphon. After a complete autopsy, it appears that the plexiglass cracked. It is possible that it got put in the dishwasher by someone, so it may be my fault. While that is disappointing today and I did knock a star off of my review, I also immediately came back to amazon and ordered a new one. I am sad that it is dead and even more curious how it happened. I love this injector and it has become apart of my repertoire. Whether butter and broth in my thanksgiving turkey, diluted honey in my hams, pineapple/apple mixture in my shoulders, etc, I am constantly using this injector…I had an injector i bought years ago from Williams and Sonoma (i believe) and it never lived up to what i wanted. It leaked, got clogged, and i even bend a needle going on a turkey bone somehow...needless to say i just didn’t use it. Fast forward a decade, and the covid 19 quarantine has led me to cook more because both sons are home. So far we have done a couple of pork shoulders, too many steaks/chicken breast/chops to count, even my first tri-tip and so i thought i would cook my first brisket. I have cooked BBQ pork for years - according to friends and family my ribs and shoulders are better than you can buy...but i have never cooked a brisket. After some research i realized i was going to need an injector. After the cave tools meet claws - which are incredibly built and even more useful - i wanted to see what they had. And once again, cave tools did not disappoint. The injector looks strikingly similar to the needles the used on humans when i recently watched cimemax’s the Knick. It is a solid instrument, but what impressed me more was the additional o-rings/washers that were included with it. Given that the seals are often the first to wear out, the replacements insure extended longevity of the tool. With three different needle sizes/types many additional uses for the injector come to mind. One needle discharges through several holes in the side, so i could see this needle beneficial for whole turkeys or chickens where you don’t want to lose the fluid to the cavity. Another needle has a huge orrifice at the tip which will be great for injecting herbs with the marinade - no more stopping up, and the last needle is what i would expect - normal. The injector has tons of suction and is easy to use, but it’s greatest attribute is probably the feel of it - this is a real tool not a toy.As an aside my brisket turned out perfectly, and now my brain is working on other quarantine cooking options for me to use my new cave tools injector.

Wow
I injected two turkeys after making my marinade in 15 minutes. Outstanding product and incredibly useful over sized stainless steel tips for injecting in the same hole. I injected with 8 holes 18 ounces of sauce thru the entire Turkey. Fantastic. I’d like to see two bottle brushes in the kit for cleaning, one for the injection container and one for the cylinder, but for $2 I added two brushes to my order and it worked perfect. The free bbq recipe book and smokers guide are quality products, andcavetools.com provides pretty cool smoker accessories- all stainless, pretty sweet selection. Thanks for assisting with the Christmas Dinner !
