Works fine, when it will power on. I have had 2 now since February. Second one was a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the PCs were not the same. Second one was missing wifi and Bluetooth adapters. It stopped powering up. If I could get a refund, I would in a heartbeat. Stay away from this company.

Great PC other than it wont play baldurs gate 3 which is why I bought it. No computer nerd or anything so maybe thats my problem lol Bought the new Xbox instead

This seems like a huge scam. They sent a computer which worked for about a month and then it just completely stopped working. I called Tech Support and spent hours trying to fix the computer. They couldn’t. The reason my gaming computer wouldn’t work? Because I was ‘playing too many games’ that the computer couldn’t handle… I was playing the most basic games that required minimal graphics. I ended up sending the computer back after 3 months of not being able to use it. Then my refund? They kept 100 of it because I didn’t save the box it came in. Of course I didn’t save the box. I didn’t expect to return it. This is the biggest scam ever. I’m reporting to Amazon as they are surely just going to sell the computer I sent back to the next unsuspecting victim.

Worked great for a few months then stopped working and said missing drives won't even turn on. Customer service says there's nothing they can do to help me.

this computer has hardware that is literally 10 years old (the 4th gen I7 was released in 2013.....) looks like it would do decent for older less demanding games, but if you want to play something more modern then your money is better spent on something newer
