Lexan brand polycarbonate. 12 x 12 is the nominal size. Typically the actual size will be 11.875” x 11.875” since we lose 1/8” of material to the thickness of the blade when cutting (also known as “Kerf”)

Very clear and the size and thickness was right on.
Good, clear, sturdy acrylic. Both sides were covered with a film.It was the correct size and thickness, and appears to be a quality product.

Exactly what it is
Received well packed, exactly what I ordered and expected.

Good but could be better
Took a while to ship so I’ll blame that on USPS. But when I got it there was a dent on one of the corners where it had been dropped but no damage to the package so it must’ve been damaged before shipping.

Exactly what I needed
I have a neon house number that is 27 years old. Neon looks great, Lexan cover over the number is dull, edge cracking and turning yellow. I use a Lexan cover on the neon to prevent damage to the fragile neon tubing. I called the local plastic shop and they wanted $150 for a custom cut 1/4 inch replacement with fire polished edges. Naw, I'm too thrifty for that.Ordered this piece, got it cut on my Bosch 4100 table saw with a zero clearance insert (a MUST have for cutting Lexan which chips easily and can be dangerous to cut). Sanded the edges to 320 grit and fire polished the Lexan edges with a propane torch. Drilled the mounting holes and it's good to go - saved me $135.

As described. Appears to be genuine Lexan. Protective film on both sides. Measures 11 7/8 inches square and about 0.18 inches thick.

Worked perfect for my intent.
Used to make transparent fixtures, UV resin worked well as an adhesive. Would purchase again.

Exactly what I wanted
I only received partial but emailed and was sent the missing 2 immediately. These were exactly what I wanted. I understand mistakes happen and was happy how they made it right.
