Geat reliable product
Great product using on and off for years.

Unfortunately, had problems
Having used these for a long time, this batch caused problem. Each monitor attached as usual and set up but neither would give readings, saying the monitor was loose and needed replacing. As they are so expensive I shall be returning, hopefully for a refund.Had I not used these before I would have thought I had applied them wrongly, but in each case the monitor was firmly attached in the correct position.

The Libre sensors are a known quantity to those that use them, they have been a revelation to my in my diabetic control.The supplier sent what was ordered and it arrived in very good time.

Questionable quality
Disappointed in my monitors recently, I have had 3 monitors fail out of last 4 used. I have to pay for mine and as a pensioner this is very expensive!

Failure rate for me is high
Over the years I have had a lot of failures. They are pretty good when the work but do give a lower reading that a pin prick blood reading. Manufacturing of this item is pretty poor for failure rate. Well for me anyway.

Faulty
I don’t think its bad luck that both these sensors didn’t work. Firstly the packaging was completely inadequate and both boxes were beaten up. Made the call that both units looked ok and undamaged so I used the first one after an hour came up with an error and would not work, then it fell off, never had that happen before. I tried the second one this one worked - for about 36 hours then it came up sensor end use new sensor. I have gone to Abbots but feel a bit uncomfortable about this as the vendor has been paid for products that are faulty and Abbots get to carry the cost.
