The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a portable printer and decided to buy this compact, inkless model. The build quality is superb.It supports both single and long A4-size paper and is compatible with various sizes of thermal paper.Setup was easy—just download the Phomemo app, and the Bluetooth connectivity works seamlessly. The app is very user-friendly.The output is monochrome, meaning it prints only in black. I’ll save money by not having to buy expensive ink, though I do need to purchase thermal paper.You can connect it to your phone or computer via Bluetooth or USB cable.I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

The printer seems to work well , but instructions for connectivity and drivers leaves a lot to the imagination . Three plus hour to find the correct driver for my laptop and another 2 hours researching the procedure for the laptop OS to allow it to download it works . The company got back with me 2 days afterward.

The printer is very easy to setup. The prints are very clean with a nice resolution. The size of the unit is small enough to fit in my briefcase along with my laptop and still have room for the rest of my items needed for the day of work. The battery lasts for a considerable amount of time. It always seems to have enough power to complete the printing needs I have for the day. I am very happy with purchasing this printer.

What do you do when you score a last-minute appointment with a new Doctor that you have to take or risk waiting a couple months and have a stack of forms to fill out but don't have a printer? Well, you order this tiny magic printer machine on overnight delivery from Amazon. I got it early, It was easy to install (Use the setup links in the product descriptions), and It did the job and printed my forms with impeccable quality. I didn't have to take extra time off work to find a print shop and now I have a cool little gadget to my collection. Want a thingamabob? I got plenty... And ink isn't one because it doesn't need any.

Does not work properly with the app that you have to have with this printer. I have tried printing with the app. the app won't even connect to it because Bluetooth won't connect. I have tried connecting via USB cable that came with the printer all that accomplishes is an endless roll of blank paper. It just keeps coming out with nothing on it. I will not be buying this again. I am very disappointed in this printer.

The printer has been received. It is compact and portable, with a high appearance quality. It comes with a roll of printing paper and also provides some folded paper, which is sufficient for a while! The operation is very convenient. After installing the app on the phone and turning on the Bluetooth, it can be connected. The printed characters are also quite clear. On the app, you can adjust the font thickness. It is sufficient for daily use. Just remember to align and place the folded paper properly when doing so, otherwise it may be skewed or missed. Also, I would like to praise the customer service .Her attitude is very good, and her responses are timely, patient and thorough. It's amazing! Overall, I'm very satisfied and recommend it.

Am still testing it out, had submitted a return cause only had gotten the Phomemo thermal inkless printer to work once but it took so long for the return label to come from Amazon ... why I wanted my own printer in the first place as they take long to arrive thru mail, besides the dollar per label now charged as it did not used to be wyen Amazon does send them ... and the company in some cases does not seem to offer return labels anymore anyway, which is frustrating because this is an item I bought TO be able to print my own return labels as I buy everything from Amazon but occasionally need to make a return which they do accept so graciously ... so not being happy at all with the Phomemo app which is confusing with mostly pictoral designs and only worked one time for me for a return label, I decided to google if there are other free apps to use With this Phomemo thermal printer, and did manage to find Thermer which did work for me today, though not sure how to work out the adjustment technics so that my name and address was cut off but I just wrote it in. The "inkless" part of it is ironic because it actually Does fade/disappear in not too long a time so if of is importance that the print or picture should be permanent perhaps a inked printer might be a better choice. I wish they would make the ink not to fade as fast as it has that I see from a couple of uses.
