Yep, its expensive. I have used many different lubricants on my firearms where metal meets metal (ie: rails, etc.). Many others work well. But this is clearly they best. It has perfect viscosity, remains where you put it and stays there even after hard use. I made a significant investment in my sporting firearms (for USPSA, etc.), this lubricant is the best for them. I use it sparingly only on high wear points. It should not be used as a CLP.
