Packed very well and super fast delivery. Eye shadow was not broken up. Big plus!!!!

Damaged and not returnable!
I received this eyeshadow pallette yesterday broken and not usable. It is not returnable for either refund or replacement. I am out the money paid for it. Extremely dissatisfied!

Colors are lovely
The dark blue section of pallate arrived broken, and could not be returned. Amazon gave me a refund. I use the lighter blue, which is still pretty dark. I get MANY compliments on the beautiful sparkly teal color, even from teenagers!

Case was cracked
The case came cracked and sticker underneath said to be sold by CVS? Otherwise, very pretty colors. Not eligible for return? I would like a replacement

Broken
The eyeshadow arrived on time. When I opened it, it was broken and spilled out. One whole shade was completely broken out of the compact. When I tried to start a return it says it is not eligible for return.

No se que pensar
Los colores vienen un poco más tenue que en la foto. El problema es que en cuanto intenté usarlas el aplicador se deshizo como si fuera viejisima a las nuevas no les pasa eso o me equivoco? Me decepciona un poco.
