REIG Ben and Holly Hand Microphone with Amplified Speaker

On arrival, this item was in a box that was shabby, however, it was a present for my own 3 year old daughter so I thought it didn't really matter.If it had been as a gift for someone else there is no way I could have given it as it just looked like something that I had been at the back of a wardrobe for a few years.Then, upon opening the box to put batteries in the toy and try it out before wrapping it up, I could see quite obviously that this item was NOT new!!!This just is not good enough, and I have no time to return it for a replacement before my daughter's birthday. So frustrating, and quite frankly not good enough from any company.I'm so disappointed - first time I have been stung with an Amazon purchase.Also, just as a little aside - the box and instructions are entirely in Spanish!!! It just gets worse instead of better.

Terrible quality! It was a fantastic toy for the first day or two when it worked. Kids were very careful and loved it, but it broke so quickly. Very disappointed.

Mega schlechte Verarbeitung. Sehr viele Kratzspuren und billigstes Plaste. Wiederhall unsauber. Liegt nun auch in der Ecke, da das Singen damit keinen Spaß macht :(
