I first found this seasoning at cost plus world market for around $7. I bought it there and tried it and fell in love!What I was looking for in a cajun seasoning:-no salt-a good mix of spice and herb-some heat but not a lotThis hit all the marks and I ended up finding and buying it on Amazon for just over $4 a bottle so I got it for a better deal here too! This seasoning product on Amazon matches the one I bought in the store both label and flavor/content-wise. I love making this cajun seasoning rain on my fries and chicken strips! When I have my (home-cut, frozen) fries and chicken strips I usually have two separate ramekins with a bit of salt in one and ketchup in the other. It's delightful to eat it this way.The seasoning itself is fragrant with a good deal of warmth and nice flavor.

Bought this because it is organically farmed herbs and spices, and also because it is low/no salt, which I can appreciate. It lets a lot of the other flavors come out. Give no salt a try for a week and you will really taste your food.
