Here is the ingredients: Millet Flour Powder (Japan), Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Salt, Onion Powder, Apricot Paste, Tomato Paste, Curry Powder, Yeast Extract, Stir-fried Onions, Red Wine, Ginger, Garlic, Apple Vinegar, Red Pepper / Caramel Pigment (Partially including apple).

Q: Do you make a roux with this first?

You can or you can add it to a pot with water or broth. I thought the flavor was too mild, but using oil and heat to brighten up the spice level helps. You could probably make a really inventive Mac and cheese with the curry or a gratin! Good luck with your meal preparation.

Add meat and water. Cook until carrots are soft. 4. Stop heat and add curry powder. Stir carefully until curry is incorporated. To make it less spicy, add yogurt.
