The item arrived much faster than the estimated day which was a good surprise. I have only been using it for a few days and am in love with it. I'm new to VR so it can feel a bit scary and weird. And I'm still exploring and figuring out what it can do. I'm thrilled in beat saber right now. I suspect in time technology will advance so the wire won't be an issue. (For the most part it's not, but sometimes in the passion of a game you feel the long wire attachment getting in the way). I love this equipment.

届いてすぐセットアップが出来、本体とコントローラのみでプレイ可能という手軽さは素晴らしい。 しかし、本体のみでトラッキングを行う性質上、判定がどこかへ飛んでいくことが多々ある。Beat Saberで遊んでいるが、セイバーだけが画面に残ったり振りに反応しなかったりとなかなか変な状況に陥ることがある。アップデートに期待したい。

初のVR体験でしたが、すごいですね！ セットアップは簡単でしたがガーディアンの設定が雑すぎたのか、あちこちぶつかりました(笑) 初めてのVRと言うこともあり細かいことはわかりませんが満足してます！ 現実逃避の道具としては最高ですねこれ！(笑)

箱が少し破れていたが中身は綺麗だった。 だがmini displayportアダプターが付いてなかったのでノートパソコンに接続できず別で買う羽目になりました。それ以外は満足。

めっちゃ使いやすい！楽しい！！

同型のOculus rift sを永らく使っていましたが、流石にボロボロになってきたため、こちらで新しく購入。値段も安く、届いて箱を開けたら見た目などは申し分なくキレイでした。 しかし、ゴーグルを装着してみると、右側レンズ下部辺り（装着後視界内でしか確認出来ない）にレンズ焼けだと思われるモノが映っている。PCと接続してみると最初は認識も出来、ゲームもプレイ出来たが、PCを再起動すると認識しない。しないというかブラウザなどの音も出るしゲーム映像も写りもするがゲーム音がしない。サウンドの設定から何から、本当に細かい所までいじったがどうやら本体かケーブル辺りがダメなのか変わらずゲーム音は出ない。古いrift sで試すと問題なし。 現在届いて2週間ほどでなんとか騙し騙しやってる感じ。時折ゲームをまともにプレイするまで数時間かかる時もあって流石にそろそろ我慢の限界で返品を考えています。 見た目やコントローラーはキレイなだけあって本当に残念。

BoxVR and Pistol Whip are the 2 most played games for now. Tons of fun with it so it's worthwhile. Not worth it if you're gonna use this for entertainment though. Who wears a helmet to the cinema?

Line Summary: If you know what you are buying buy it definitely, if you are new to VR then Oculus Quest 2 is a more friendly Option given you buy an ergonomic headstrap for it. Point Summary: - Excellent device for Laptop user who like to control everything while sitting. - Not compatible with Most regular Laptop/Non-gaming laptops and need a special Display port to USC-C adapter for it (a specific one). - Oculus Quest 2 is more general user friendly. - Oculus Rift 2 have now less support or market due to fact that Oculus have discontinued it. Advantages: > The Display port compared to USB means that no extra processing or video/image encoding done by your laptop gpu/cpu. So better performance also the camera detect controller movement field better than quest 2. > No need to buy any ergonomic headstrap or battery etc.. like the Oculus Quest 2... > To me the experiance of motion and games (not quality of image) is better than the Oculus Quest 2 and more fluid dynamic (but again that depends on your PC/Laptop). > You can literally have like 360 monitors around you and a mouse and keyboard and multi-task at it best opening multiple windows and seeing them all as each windows is like a large Cinema moniter. > No battery or charging hassle, as in the oculus quest 2 you can't use it 24 hour straight even when plugged to power source evenly battery drain out on heavy use while charging... But on Rift S no such issue as no battery to charge and can be kept connected to laptop 24/7 with no to little resets (device setup from time to time on windows updates). Disadvantages: > You become hooked to a cable all the time (compared to Oculus Quest 2) [not a big deal as if on Laptop you will also be hooked in the Oculus Quest 2 for high end graphic games that can't be rendered from Quest 2 built in Hardware). > You do need a powerful gaming laptop ideally a Lenovo Legion one (as it is designed for the LEGION Specially since LENOVO was partner with Oculus and it have a Mini-Display Port compared to other laptops)

Must get don't think too much be sure you have display port in your GPU and 3.1 usb port and you run VR test application before you buy it ... Sadly no Oculus Rift S Optical Cable replacement in market

tiene una calidad calidad aceptable en cuanto al precio que tiene, por lo que si eres un nuevo usuario de la realidad virtual no vas a tener ningún problema, Oculus lo ha hecho bien y tiene un precio bastante bien comedido. Lo que te van a brindar las Oculus Rift S es un ecosistema muy bien pulido y bien desarrollado. Por lo cual vamos a tener todo muy fácil a la hora de dar los primeros pasos. En cuanto al diseño está bastante bien acabado ya que es de plástico, no es feo pero ya que cada uno saque sus propias conclusiones, supongo que esto ya es un poquito más personal de cada uno. Eso sí no es un visor ligero, pesa bastante comparado con otros del mercado. El cable para el pc, es bastante gordo, más que en otros modelos que llama bastante la atención, que acaba en un Display port (no lleva HDMI) y un puerto USB 3.0, también incluye un adaptador mini display port por si lo necesitamos conectar a algún portátil. En cuanto a las lentes son las mismas que las que llevan las Oculus Quest, por lo que son de una calidad bastante importante, de hecho si tu IPD se ajusta al de las gafas tendrás un punto dulce casi del 100%, eso sí hay que colocárselas muy bien. si tu IPD se aleja demasiado de los 63 seguramente empezaras a ver los bordes turbios y tendrás problemas. Y es porque no tiene ajuste mecánico de IPD ya que solo tiene una pantalla. Tiene un Glare muy pequeño, que no molesta, en entornos con mucho contraste si que se nota pero jugando apenas se aprecia En cuanto a la pantalla tiene una resolución de 2560x1440 es un panel LCD con RGB y se ve bastante bien En cuanto al aro y la diadema, es muy importante el colocárnosla bien si no queremos tener problemas con el punto dulce, donde vemos todo nítido. Las esponjas que lleva para acolchar, dan bastante calor El sonido sale de dos altavoces muy pequeñitos que salen de la diadema, para mi no es realmente bueno, ya que no quedan a la altura de las orejas, no se siente real, aunque le podemos añadir cualquier auricular externo conectándolo al jack de las gafas sin ningún problema El tracking es bastante sólido, lleva 5 cámaras que se rigen por inside out (no necesita de sensores externos para trackear el movimiento)podemos usar dos manos para agarrar cosas y no se pierde el tracking incluso subir las manos por encima de nuestra cabeza y funciona estupendamente La herramienta del pass through viene bien para según que ocasiones, en las que queremos ver lo que ocurre en el mundo real, por si nos salimos del área del guardián o cosas así, aunque lo podrían mejorar más Es totalmente recomendable para gente que no tiene ningún visor y se quiere iniciar en la realidad virtual. Totalmente compatible con la mayoría de juegos de la actualidad, Oculus Store, SteamVR, etc
