This is great beef tallow. We use it for all our cooking and/or frying needs. We've always used lard or olive oil in the past but this tallow is superior to those. It adds a "hint" of beef flavor to anything you fry, potatoes, burgers. IMO it makes everything taste better and has a higher smoke temperature.

It’s a bit pricey but tastes great and I use it often.

The price is a little high but I will definitely buy again. The taste is amazing and the shipping speed was also very good. I wish you would get more for the price but I guess that’s how everything is these days.
