小さすぎで大人には使えない、逆に歯む部分は大きすぎてブカブカ。噛んでも動いてしまい正直これでいびきが止まるとは思えない 歯の大きさが倍ぐらいならガッチリしそうだが、 この金額ならもう少ししっかりしてるかと思ったが、100均ぐらいのクオリティ。 製品としてダメだと思う

顎が少し前に出るだけで、こんなにいびきが軽減されるとは思っていませんでした！ 初めて使った日は、なんだか歯が痛いように感じましたが、3日目からはほとんど違和感はなくなりました！何よりいびきが低減され、無呼吸もないようです！もっと早く使いたかったです！

At first it felt really strange having a mouth guard in my mouth before sleeping. Depending on the person this might be a dealbreaker or if you are like me and want to sleep well, it is worth the sacrifice. Couple of points that will help make the experience more comfortable is to rinse it with warm water for a minute before use. Also, drinking a lot of water before hand helps to keep hydrated. I'm glad I got it, just hope it last a long time. (only 3-4 months recommended).

装着時にいびきはほぼなくなるが、朝起きたときに顎がかなり痛い。 また、口に入れると開いてくるので、力を入れ続けなければいけない。それによって眠りずらくなる。

Got this one after using the Size 1. I am snoring less, but still have a high sleep score. I wonder if my body (mouth/bite) has adjusted. First couple weeks I had a low sleep score, but after a while the score started to increase. Takes a while to get used to, but I am fine with it after a few weeks.

サプリメント、鼻腔拡張テープに鼻に差し込むもの、いびき防止の指輪など色々試しましたが全く効果なし。 藁をも掴む思いでこちらのマウスピースを購入。 いびきアプリで確認すると、ほとんどいびきをかいていない！驚きと感激です！ 朝起きると下の歯がめちゃくちゃ痛いのが難点ですが慣れてくるのかな？ 歯茎に当たり痛い箇所はハサミでカットし使用しました。 顎が小さめの方には効果発揮されるのではないでしょうか。

So...I snore a bit, and because I'm a nice person and want my partner to get his beauty sleep at night, I started researching Mandibular Advancement Devices. Let's get one thing straight right now...they all suck. A MAD device is typically uncomfortable for the first 2 weeks, and ultimately, having to use one is the worst. HOWEVER! They WORK. I have tried the cheap ones, my advice is: love yourself more than that. I have tried the expensive ones. my advice: they work but are spendy. I had a lot of success with the Zyppha mouth piece, except it's expensive as heck and falls apart pretty quickly. You have to take an impression of your teeth, and I found it made my teeth ache badly, even after the 2 week adjustment period. Also, I would pop my teeth out in the night and grind them on the hard plastic rims...yikes. This mouth piece, however, is WORLDS better. It's a much softer plastic, but it holds up, so I can grind my teeth and not worry about damage to my teeth or the mouth piece. Secondly, it took almost no time to adjust. Now...I have used MADs before. The first time you start using a MAD, you will feel like it's the worst possible thing to ever happen to your mouth. I assure you, you'll adjust. The zQuiet took the least amount of effort to set up, it has the best results, and it is by far the most durable MAD I've used. I think people give MADs low ratings because the adjustment period is terrible. You do get past it, I promise.

The product is good and works for a while. I wish the product was designed for a little more support in the hinge area (thicker) in order to hold its shape longer. Currently, When the hinge portion starts to break down , the mouthpiece doesn’t hold in place while sleeping and therefore stops working like it was designed to work. It seems like within month you can already see and feel that it is breaking down.

This has been the only device that has worked for me after trying all the other items like nose strips, jaw straps, pillows. I went to an ENT Dr who recommended. I have to replace every 6-9 months as they do wear out over time. My wife lets me know when it’s time to reorder. The only time I can’t wear to sleep is when sick or super congested and unable to breathe through my nose. Wife says not as effective sleeping on my back but I am mostly a side sleeper so no issue. There is some minor jaw discomfort at first but after 3 plus years of using there is no issue at all. Based on the other negative reviews it may not work for everyone but it was the right fix for me. Highly recommend to try for the price point.
