Great summer time antioxidant
After some research I discovered that this antioxidant is described as "internal sunscreen". I use it for that purpose and it works perfectly. I am a pretty pale red head and after a day at the beach, in and out of the water several times I get a little red but no more burning pain. I use this in conjunction with topical sunscreen and the combo is dynamite for me. Give it a try.
