I’m genuinely very impressed with this 4K Smart TV from Samsung. From the moment I set it up, it’s delivered an excellent viewing experience that really punches above its price point. For a TV in this price range, it honestly feels like you’re getting something much more premium. What really stands out are the smart features. Great budget TV that does force the crappy Freely rubbish ! Decent picture and sound .. definitely recommend

This was to upgrade a 40” HD TV. To be honest, with my eyesight I wasn’t expecting to see much of a difference but how wrong I was, it’s night and day! Picture quality is very good, I can’t say anything about the sound as it is connected to my surround system. As it comes with Apple TV app which supports Dolby Atmos, my old Apple TV 4K has been repurposed in another room. The menu system isn’t wonderful - it’s fine but finding new apps take seemingly forever, it took me ages to find Nebula. But once installed everything works just fine. Playback from BluRay player was fine, as was Bluetooth. The background music during setup - you will probably find yourself reaching for the mute button quite quickly! Wall mounting was as easy as any other VESA device.

TV is rubbish. I was looking for a mid-range 55" UHD tv, and thought i can go wrong with Samsung! Afterall my research suggested they were ok. As such i ordered the 55" Samsung Crystal UHD. I also ordered the home installation (£120) as i have a heart condition, meaning i can,t lift heavy items high. The install went great. Very friendly. Over the next day or so i finished the setup. To my dissapointment i tried eveything to get the blutooth working so that i could add headphones and a soundbar. I spoke with Amazon Technical several times, they were useless. Replicating everything i had already tried. I spoke to Samsung Techical who confirmed i had a faulty TV but would not do anything to help because it was sold by Amazon?? During my research i disvovered on various forums that this was a very common fault. They even have U-Tube videos dedicated to fixing this. Eventually i contacted Amazon AGAIN asking what could be done as i did not want a replacement considering the TV,S reputation. I explained i would like to purchase a different TV and Amazon agreed. However, they did not offer a refund on the installation, and more importantly i would have to take the old one down myself as Amazon DON'T offer that service. They were not interested! With some neighbourly help i got the TV on the floor. I arranged a UPS collection via Amazon but AMAZINGLY the courier (a very helpful chap) explained that as it was not boxed (the Amazon install team had taken the bix in their clean-up) it could not be taken. Also IMPORTANTLY UPS do NOT take 55" TV's (and above) because they do not fit on the warehouse belts. I CAN'T USE THE LANGUAGE I WANT TO, BUT AMAZON THANKS FOR ALL THE STRESS & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good quality good price fast delivery thanks easy to setup

Unreal TV for a small amount of money. UHD is indeed Crystal. Only issue was delivery, as Amazon farmed it out. The company were good with delivery however, it took a few extra days than advertised. I quickly got over it after I unbound though.

The only issue was the delivery time, which didn’t match what was agreed. However, the product itself is excellent—very big, very thin, and even at 15% volume it sounds like a full soundbar. I’m really happy with it. I would just recommend switching the distributor from GLS to DHL or PostNL, as they offer more reliable delivery times.
