This is an update to my previous review. This update is about the actual product instead of the delivery process. This is my 3rd wine fridge purchase. I have an Element by Vinotemp and a Wine Enthusiast. Of the 3 fridges, this most recent one is by far the quietest. I have had it for almost 1 month now and I have been monitoring the temperatures. The temperatures have been holding very consistent. The shelves are very sturdy, are easy to slide in and out, and allow for different sizes and shapes of bottles. It is a very good looking unit and the blue interior lights are very cool to look at when they are turned on. The capacity is great. I do not think that I will be running out of wine storage space ay time soon. Once again, as far as this unit is concerned, I think that it is a quality product. The product is great and the reason that I am giving a 1 Star review is because how the delivery was executed. This wine fridge is a very large item weighing approximately 200 pounds. I was notified by RXO delivery that they would be delivering my item on 4-2-25 between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. I had my wife waiting at home all day for the delivery. We prepped the area just as in the instructions provided on Amazon. I ran an errand and when I returned, there was this big 200 pound wine fridge sitting in my driveway. They did not bring this unit inside our house. They did not even ring the doorbell to let us know that it was here. It is interesting that our doorbell is rung for a small package, but we were not notified that our $1200 wine fridge was here. I called RXO and they deflected me to Amazon at which time I was told that there was nothing that they could do about the situation. And then I was asked if there was anything they could assist me with. Seriously???? Fortunately, my wife is strong as an ox and we got a hand truck and maneuvered the very large item into our house at which point we had to get it off of the pallet, unwrap it, and set it up. This was definitely a 2 person job. So far this wine fridge seems to be working great. Temperature is holding consistent, the unit is quiet, and the unit looks great. Buyers beware though that this unit will be dropped off in front of your house and that is it. You will have to figure out how to get it inside to the spot where you want it to be.

Arrived in perfect condition. I set it up with 2 cases of beer. I never touched to adjust temperature. It cooled my beers perfectly. Its quiet, makes no noise. Looks fantastic with LED blue light. Glass front door with silver frame looks awesome. Excellent mini fridge. I've had it for one week so far, and works perfectly. Size is perfect for my garage. The door seal is perfect. It is set at 34 degrees and keeps all beverage perfectly chilled without icing up. I highly recommend this mini fridge.

I’m really happy with this humidor. The build quality is excellent, it seals tight, and keeps stable humidity without constant adjustments. The finish looks great on my shelf, and my collection of cigars looks very nice in the humidor. Perfect size, packaged securely, and works exactly as described — highly recommend.

This company has incredible customer service. 5 Stars level service. They are super responsive and really work hard to make their customers happy. The unit itself is well made and very quiet once properly level. However, buyers with large wine collections need to understand that unless your bottles are exactly the size stated (2.75" x 11.8") you will get about half the rated capacity. Of the 150 bottles I had, less than 10 actually fit. Do you have: Pinot Noir, Rhone Reds, Chardonnay, Sparkling wine, Zinfandel, or any New World premium Cabernet, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Bordeaux Blends - they won't fit between the shelves. The design has two major flaws that they introduced in order to maximize space for the bottle size they target. Shelves are too close together vertically so that you can't really fit new world premium red bottles in without scraping the labels. Pinot, Chard and Rhone - not even close. Second, the slats in the racks that are made to drop the bottle down so it doesn't scratch and hold it are too close together. The results are racks that hold a maximum of 5-6 bottles just barely. See attached images: 5 fit and you can cram in 6 but typically that sixth bottle will not allow the shelf to slide. The description says the shelves/racks are "adjustable", but they are actually "removable". Their solution is to remove a rack and use a double stack. That solves the height issue, but the slat spacing makes it impossible for a fully loaded rack to be stable. Instead, you get 8 on the base level for Pinot style bottles with 4 on top for a total of 12. For Cabs you get 6 on the base with 3 on top for a total of 9. You can cram a bottle or two on the sides but they are not stable, so beware when pulling out the heavy double stack shelves. See images for these configurations. As stated customer service was great. I contacted them with my concerns and they responded quickly offering a discount and also sending me a second small refrigerator that holds 18 bottles. That was really great service and I would recommend Velieta as a company any day! Given the limited capacity for most of my wines I had to rate it 4 stars. 2 star for capacity design and 5 stars for customer service and unit. They try really hard to make you happy and their product is nice, but I think they would have a much better, more useable product if they sacrificed some small bottle capacity for real world bottle sizes. Or they truly had the ability to adjust the shelves. My recommendation is check your wine collection bottle types and sizes carefully. If you are mostly New World wines with any Pinot and Chard style bottles, you'll get around 100+- bottles in this unit.

The unit is really nice. Super quiet, easy to use and with adjustable shelves. I like the blue mood lighting on the inside. The unit looks great too. I had questions about the shelves, and they got back to me immediately, resolving my issues. I was very impressed!

Ordered this unit to replace a unit that I relocated to the game room. Very happy with this purchase. Exact fit under the counter and whisper quiet compared to the other unit. Plenty of room for beverages and or wine. Dual temperatures and lockable if you have children in the house. Delivery took alot faster than the indicated 1 week time frame. The door seals are good as I didn't not notice any air leaks and the doors closed softly. At just over $600 this unit was a bargain compared to refrigerators at Best Buy. Assembly was easy as only the door handles needed to be screwed on. Took about 10 minutes. The fridge is just over 100 lbs so may need a couple of people to move it.

Just got the frig, it's perfect! Had it installed, works like a charm. The quality of the interior shelving is fantastic, nothing about this frig screams poor quality; solidly built. The blue in the interior is a nice touch, looks really nice at night. I had an issue with FedEx delivery, I reached out to customer service, spoke with Lily. She was awesome, took care of my problem ASAP. I really thought i was going to argue and fight with customer service but it was the opposite, very professional! Overall, the frig is gorgeous, works as intended and had a great customer service experience. I definitely recommend them.

I have been wanting a beverage refrigerator for a while and just couldn't pull the trigger on it because it's a fairly big ticket item cost-wise. I had done a lot of research on beverage refrigerators and had a couple in my cart. This one had really great reviews and seemed like it was going to suit my needs best. I wanted something that I could use to store my coffee bar items as well as soda, juice, beer, and wine. This fit the bill and when it went on sale for prime days for $100 off, so I decided to do it. It was shipped quickly and packaged very well. I set it up immediately. It was cooled down to the temperature I set it at within 10 minutes, and I loaded it up. It fit all my coffee creamers, soda, beer and wine and I still have plenty of room. It is VERY quiet - you can hardly even hear it running. The light isn't great, but I don't honestly care about that, and the door seems to seal just fine.
