Beverage Cooler works well, a lot of storage. Had an issue where it stopped cooling and Customer Service was quick to respond and worked to resolve the problem.

I bought it to use in my bubble tea shop. It is very useful. All my drinks fit. The lighting is sufficient and attracts customers' attention.

This refrigerator worked well for about 9 months then the fan went out and it will only cool to the upper 50 degrees F. I have contacted the company and they requested pictures. I sent the pictures along with the order information for proof of purchase. They said they would be back in contact but never emailed me back. I can't get anyone on the phone. 2 weeks later they emailed me that the Customer service rep working the case had resigned. I resent all the information and it's still been a week and I have not received a response. Horrible customer service. I now own a $850.00 paper weight so I am contacting amazon to see if they will contact the seller because they are not answering their phones. The refrigerator is still within the 1 year manufacturers warranty. The company appears to know that the fan is a problem but they have not fixed it. I would not purchase anything from a company that has such awful customer service. If they contact me I will update this review.

Purchased for a small bar and grill. The value of this cooler is good. Holds a great amount of product, cooled down quickly and keeps product cold, it is very quiet once level. The lights are bright and eye appealing...only 4 ⭐️ because shipping is terrible! The cooler sat for 7 days because the company didn’t deliver to my area. I had to call to get a proper delivery date. Highly frustrating- also the cooler came damage slightly- bent metal at the bottom near the switches. Not enough for customers to notice but enough to be noted.I will be purchasing a second unit- but now will plan accordingly for the lousy delivery service.

Was packaged amazing I don't know how it got a dent in the front bottom. So far good. Wish their was an option to change words on top of plastic piece. Unfortunately will have to have a new piece cut from local hardware store and put my own design. They should make their logo easy to peel off!

Looks great, keeps beer ice cold and holds a lot. Room on the bottom for my liquor. No damage in shipping and was a good price. No complaints.
