Great product. I use daily 3 to 4 capsules to help my muscles and tendons stay healthy.

I started with their creatine and needed to add in Magnesium Glycinate for hormonal migraines. So, far it's help the migraines for the most part. What I wasn't expecting was for it to help with all my joint, back and hip pain. I take one in the AM and one in the PM. I've had no reactions or issues with the pills. There is no weird after taste either. I would also say it's helped my sleep. I think the price is good for what you are getting. I would recommend these.
