I love this backpack. Bought the same one a few years ago for my mom and loved it so much, I bought another one for myself for upcoming travel. It fits a lot without looking overly large or bulky. For me, it's big enough for a week long trip using just this as my carry-on. Haven't had any issues with airlines like I do with my "approved" carry on roller luggage. Would highly recommend it.

I ordered this backpack to go under the seat for a 4 day break in Europe. My backpack was delivered on time, nicely wrapped and in good condition. It is made of a good quality, hardwearing material with good zips. The colour is as advertised. It appears to have been designed by someone that knows what is needed from a backpack. It opens like a suitcase, which made it easy to fill and there is a netted zipped large pocket in the lid and a good size inside with room for enough clothes for the 4 days, toiletries, make-up, hair straighteners, travel adapter and phone charger. There are straps to hold my clothes in place. I put my coat down the side of the pack on the outside and held in place using the straps which tighten to make sure the pack size stays within the personal bag size. It was comfortable to wear when full with padded shoulders and adjustable shoulder straps. I definitely recommend this backpack and friends have said they are going to order one too as they were so impressed with it at such a good price and value for money.
