I’ve been using the TMVAP side sleeper pillow for a couple of weeks now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how I sleep. The arm tunnel design is genuinely helpful—it allows me to rest comfortably on my side without waking up with a numb arm or shoulder pain. The memory foam feels firm yet supportive, cradling my head and neck in a way that keeps my spine aligned. I also appreciate the cooling cover, which is soft, breathable, and hasn’t made me overheat at night. That said, there was a strong chemical smell when I first opened the package, and it took a few days to fully air out. The pillow is also a bit high, which might not be ideal for someone with a smaller frame or who frequently changes sleeping positions. But overall, this pillow is a game changer for side sleepers looking for better support and pressure relief. I’m sleeping more soundly and waking up with fewer aches, which makes it worth the investment.

This is so close to being good and a significant improvement from typical pillows for this side-sleeper. The head cushion is just the right height and a Goldilocks "just right" balance of support and softness. The square shape perfectly fills the space above the shoulder, between neck/head and bed. As others have mentioned, the "legs" break off fairly quickly. The pillow case keeps them in place for the most part, but I'm genuinely unsure why they're there in the first place. Like a square memory foam pillow, this product takes all of your head weight off of your lower shoulder, but your body still adds weight & stress: therefore this pillow reduces but does not eliminate my shoulder strain and pain. I'm going to try the wedge style solution that lifts the body off the shoulder as well.

The “arms” of the pillow broke away from the main pillow after a less than a month of use. I gave two stars because for what little time the pillow worked it worked well and relieved my partner’s shoulder pain, in tandem with chiro care. But I expected it to be used for much longer than a month. Would return if I could and wouldn’t buy again until pillow formulation is much improved.

It’s a very comfortable pillow. Relieved shoulder pain and neck discomfort. Very soft and cool to the touch. Great support. Gave it one star because it is not durable! The foam legs tear off after a couple weeks of use and causes it to collapse which makes it useless for your arms to go through the arm holes. I wanted to give it another try so sent the torn one back and asked for another. Same problem! Returned it. Now looking for some thing else.

The pillow is very functional if you are a side sleeper, which i am. As seen in the picture I can comfortably put my arm thru pillow opening and rest my head comfortably at just the right height. Right size for a medium sized head. The cover of the pillow is smooth and feels comfortable against my skin. It seems well put together. It is not very firm and seems just right for my head rest. Pillow works if you are a right side or left side sleeper. The pillow cover is removable and can be washed. Definitely noticed my sleep quality/score improved based on my smart watch - by 5 points after 2 weeks of nightly usage. Light snoring once in a while as my wife tells me. Also I did not sweat in my face all night and was cool in the morning. She is very happy and I am happy too. Well worth the monies I spent for a happy solution.

I love this pillow! I have neck pain and it has helped. It only loses one star because the thin cushion part above the arm tore but it doesn’t take much to put it back. Still the best pillow I have had!

I've been on a quest for my dream pillow for many years, and I can confidently say that I've finally found it! As someone who has struggled with neck pain from various pillows, this Side Sleeper Pillow has been a game changer for me. The design is incredibly thoughtful, especially the hand openings, which provide a comfortable resting position. Since I started using this pillow, I no longer experience pain in my neck or shoulders. It's truly a relief! I highly recommend

I actually LOVED this pillow for the 5 days before one of the ends tore at the joint. I'm actually quite bummed because this was a perfect solution for my shoulder/neck pain from sleeping on my side, immediately I was feeling relief. But, now that one of the joints has tore, it's flat on one side and a bit useless.

Update on the worst neck pain ever! It’s useful if you give it enough time to get used to it! Most importantly, the customer service is unparalleled and the company wants to improve sleeping for people. Fabrics and foam are impeccable in quality and workmanship! It’s actually rare this days to see this level of detail and commitment to a product. Yes, I definitely recommend it. ❤️

Best Pillow ever. It’s a game changer for a side sleeper especially if u like to sleep and u put ur head on your arms. This helped to wake up with no back pain or neck. I use to suffer from a pain in my neck and shoulders. Waking up with headache as well when I started to use this pillow felt like I never slept so deeeep as I do now. It’s like ur sleeping on a cloud. I recommend it so much if u see my comment I known it’s hard to believe coz I was there I took the risk and it deserve every money that I spent on don’t think just buy it!. Am so in love with this pillow. Update : the legs tear up within a month wish if I can find something similar with a better quality.

My shoulders feel tremendously better. Some nights I need to return to my standard pillow as I personally find the foam a touch hard.

This pillow was exactly what I needed until the foam arms started breaking apart from the pillow only a week into using it. So disappointing!
