Bold, authentic flavor and easy to use. I love this Thai red curry paste and keep it stocked in my pantry. The flavor is very rich and authentic, and a little goes a long way. It adds great depth to curries without needing a long list of extra spices. It’s easy to cook with and works well for quick weeknight meals. I’ve used it for vegetable curries and coconut-based dishes, and the flavor always turns out strong and well balanced. The smaller cans are convenient and help keep the paste fresh. I purchased Maesri red curry paste here after I couldn't source it locally. It was recommended online from a recipe that I used to make a Thai curry with potatoes and cauliflower. It can be a tad spicy so I suggest adding it to adjust to your taste. The addition of coconut milk mellows the intense flavor and fresh ginger, garlic and lime juice finishes off the dish nicely. Seems a bit pricey for each can but well worth the expense IMO.

Just the right amount of heat. Rich flavor. One can easily makes two batches of red curry or one really nice red curry soup.
