Q: Is it compatible with the Edifier r1280 non-bluetooth version?

I'm not sure, I got stands for Klipsch 6400 series speakers.

Q: Will they work with KRK Rokit 5’s?

These will not work since they are secured to the speaker with a bolt in the back. Use https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08J7QWJ91/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 these clamp around the base of the speaker

Q: My speakers have single threaded mounting holes in the back. The threading size is m6 x 12mm will the brackets accomodate this size screw??
