Cucina Antica sauces and dressings are manufactured in a facility that also uses peanut ingredients. The sauces and dressings do not contain peanuts, are not cooked or jarred on the same day as products that have peanut ingredients, and all peanut ingredients are segregated from all Cucina Antica ingredients. If yes, what is it derived from? 99.99% of the citric acid that is in their Italian peeled tomatoes comes naturally from the tomato plant itself.
